Rahul Sondhi is a certified personal trainer that specializes in body transformation. Rahul has over 5 years of experience in training, including body building, weight loss, mobility and rehabilitation exercises for different injuries and body conditions.
With Rahul’s knowledge in effective exercises, experience in personal training, and passion for helping others, he is determined to help you become your best self in body, mind, and spirit.
No matter your goal, Rahul will work one-on-one with you to make sure you are on the best path to achieving, and even exceeding, your goal.
ALANA BRINSON
Alana Brinson is a certified personal trainer and registered psychotherapist who is passionate about helping women reach their goals and becoming the best version of themselves, both mentally and physically.
Alana places an emphasis on creating an exercise routine that fits into your life, eating without restriction, and shifting your mindset! Alana will work with you to create the best customized plan for your goals and your unique self.
Alana specializes in sustainable weight loss, strength gain, injury recovery, and long lasting results, so you can truly love the skin you are in. Alana utilizes her psychology background to further support women on healing their relationship with food, exercise, and their body.
ASHTON LARICCIA
Ashton Lariccia has a love for helping others and is passionate about all things fitness. She is determined to show others that there is a routine that works for them and that achieving their goals is entirely possible and sustainable.
Ashton has always been active but her personal wellness journey and finding her confidence in the community became her focus 3 years ago.
Ashton empathizes with and understands how daunting it can be starting out, but she believes the best thing you can do is just start where you are. With a psychology undergrad degree and first hand experience being in the same shoes, Ashton is here to help you create a balanced life involving fitness while finding the joy in every step of the process!
LIZ ROZMAN
Liz Rozman is a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist with 5 years of experience. She believes fitness should not only help you achieve physical goals, but also support your body in moving well, feeling your best, and staying healthy. Through corrective exercise, Liz designs programs that build strength while easing joint pain, improving posture, and preventing injuries, helping clients train safely and confidently.
Her own journey has shaped the way she works with clients. After years of overtraining, under-eating, and struggling with her body image, Liz became certified to better understand how the body works and discover what truly supports body recomposition, strength, and long term health.
Today, Liz specializes in strength training and sustainable fat loss, guiding women to feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies. She is passionate about showing women that strength training builds more than muscle - it fosters confidence, resilience, and a deeper connection to what their bodies can achieve. Her mission is to help women cut through the noise of the fitness industry and create a practical, effective routine that fits seamlessly into their lives.
OLIVIA AUGELLO
Olivia has a passion for fitness and helping others. She is dedicated to guiding people toward healthier lifestyles by making fitness approachable, enjoyable, and sustainable. Her goal is to empower others with the knowledge, support, and confidence they need to reach their personal goals and build long-lasting healthy habits.
