RAHUL SONDHI
Rahul Sondhi is a certified personal trainer that specializes in body transformation. Rahul has over 5 years of experience in training, including body building, weight loss, mobility and rehabilitation exercises for different injuries and body conditions.
With Rahul’s knowledge in effective exercises, experience in personal training, and passion for helping others, he is determined to help you become your best self in body, mind, and spirit.
No matter your goal, Rahul will work one-on-one with you to make sure you are on the best path to achieving, and even exceeding, your goal.
ALANA BRINSON
Alana Brinson is a certified personal trainer with 4+ years of experience helping women reach
their goals and becoming the best version of themselves.
Alana places an emphasis on creating
an exercise routine that fits into your life, eating without restriction, and shifting your mindset!
Alana will work with you to create the best customized plan for your goals and your unique self.
She specializes in helping women lose weight, gain strength, injury recovery, and sustainable
results. Alana is currently obtaining her MA in Counselling Psychology to further support
women on healing their relationship with food, exercise, and their body.
ASHTON LARICCIA
Ashton Lariccia has a love for helping others and is passionate about all things fitness. She is determined to show others that there is a routine that works for them and that achieving their goals is entirely possible and sustainable.
Ashton has always been active but her personal wellness journey and finding her confidence in the community became her focus 3 years ago.
Ashton empathizes with and understands how daunting it can be starting out, but she believes the best thing you can do is just start where you are. With a psychology undergrad degree and first hand experience being in the same shoes, Ashton is here to help you create a balanced life involving fitness while finding the joy in every step of the process!
LISA COULDRIDGE
Lisa Couldridge is a mother of 2 and a lover of sports and exercise. Lisa has played sports her entire life and began adding weights to her routine after having kids.
Lisa holds a BSc in Life Science and a BA in Psychology. She has been a certified personal trainer since January 2020 with the American Council on Exercise. She has experience working with teens and woman of all ages. It has been a joy for Lisa to see the transformations of her client's and be an integral part of it.
Lisa became a personal trainer to help others feel healthy, strong and confident about themselves through fitness and healthy eating. She wants to help people retain mobility and strength at all stages of life and maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle.
ALANNA MCLELLAND
Alanna McLelland's passion for fitness has always been present but it wasn’t until she worked with a fitness coach where she saw amazing results (physical, nutrition, mental, energy) that she realized her deep desire to help others achieve their own goals - fitness and lifestyle related. Alanna knows firsthand how challenging of a process it can be to complete on your own.
Alanna competed in her first body building show this past year, while also diligently working to improve her endurance cardio, leading her to complete her first 10km run!
Alanna is passionate about helping others integrate healthy living into their life, and will help you create a personalized plan to help you reach your goals.
LIZ ALDER
From a young age, Liz has been immersed in sports and physical activity. Starting with competitive volleyball in her youth, she transitioned into strength training, and now embraces a hybrid fitness approach, blending her passion for running and strength work.
Liz has a background in psychology from McGill University, and is currently pursuing her master’s in Human Kinetics, specializing in mental performance consulting at the University of Ottawa.
As a certified personal trainer she champions the integration of mental health and physical fitness, believing in a balanced, holistic approach to wellness. Liz is dedicated to helping individuals move better, feel stronger, and thrive, specializing in strength training.
