In October 2018 I decided it was time I took my fitness and health seriously, as illness in my family made me realise how important it is. I was always really afraid of going to the gym because of a lack of confidence, so this was a really difficult thing for me to do. I met Rahul, and he helped me not only to achieve a level of fitness I was happy with, but made me feel at ease and helped me gain confidence.
It’s amazing to me how Rahul improves my attitude and clears my mind to think creatively. I can’t believe how much I’ve progressed working out with Rahul. There’s so much to say about him that it will sound rehearsed, but Rahul rules! He constantly seeks information to stay current on training styles. He listens to me to understand what I seek in training and adjusts his style to help me progress. He’s careful, observant and MOTIVATING. Rahul pushes me to achieve my fitness goals beyond what I would do on my own… countless times.
Rahul has a lot of patience and possesses a fantastic humour! (specially when I confess to him my cheatings/weak moments on the diet). Rahul is a man of morals, character, and integrity. He is honest, dedicated and selfless. He is supportive, encouraging and full of vitality… plus he is very funny!
There are always goals to achieve. The training itself shows documented physical progress toward these goals, but it’s amazing to me how personal training with Rahul improves my attitude and clears my mind to think creatively. It sounds weird, but it’s true! Personal training is a physical and mental outlet that leads to positive changes. Rahul makes it fun and keeps it interesting. Each training session flies! Rahul has kept me strong during weak moments.
Thank you, Rahul
