I have ambitious fitness goals and for many years have held gym memberships. However it is with embarrassment that I admit to only rarely using these facilities. The return on my investment was terrible. Yes, great intentions but very short on the delivery and execution. With this frustration as my background, I decided it was time to try out a personal trainer. After eight months I honestly feel it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. In large part I feel this success is due to my good fortune to having been referred to Mr. Rahul Sondhi.

First of all, with my busy schedule, I require someone who is available when I am. This includes both short notice sessions and the ability to plan ahead and stick to set calendar dates. Rahul is very understanding of my availability and is flexible in terms of working with me. On the other hand, he seems to know when I am procrastinating and then he is firm that we schedule a few sessions. This approach certainly motivates me to work out.

Rahul is a professional in his training credentials and work habits. He is always punctual and he does not truncate our sessions. His workouts change frequently to ensure I don’t get bored with a routine and to provide workouts that target my fitness objectives from many angles. I enjoy the variety of exercises and am motivated by the challenge of learning new routines.  He is friendly, inspirational, and reliable, and his deceptively easygoing personality helps to make the workouts enjoyable. He also provides realistic meal plans to help me to reach my goals. 

Since working with Rahul over the past few months I have seen a great improvement in my body. My health is better than ever. He is able to answer all my questions on the science behind the exercise and he knows what works the best for me. Rahul is very diligent throughout the workout session and he is constantly letting me know how my form is and what needs to change. 

Having Rahul as my personal trainer is great, his character speaks for itself: kind and understanding.  He truly listens to me. He creates workouts dedicated to achieving my goals for fitness and physique, within my schedule and the time I have available.

My biggest regret is that for years I put off engaging a personal trainer because I thought it would be too expensive and inconvenient. However I believe that everything happens for a reason and perhaps the wait was to ensure that was introduced to Mr. Sondhi? Another lesson I learned is that investing in a training coach that I actually see and who motivates me to workout, is far better value than throwing away money at a gym membership that I don’t use.

I greatly appreciate all that Rahul has done for me. I am so thankful for all the time and effort he has put in to help me realize my goals. He has made me realize that I can be better than I thought possible, which makes me to strive to become even better. I am still training with him and have no intention of quitting anytime soon. Rahul has given me direction not only in the gym but a completely different perspective on fitness and health.

I highly recommend Rahul Sandhu to anyone (women, men, groups) who is looking to get fitter, healthier, stronger, and who wants to feel better about themselves.
